Where do you ship?

Currently, I only ship in the United States. This may change in the future.

There’s a problem with my order. What can be done?

Please send an e-mail to hellojenkies@gmail.com with your order/confirmation number along with a description of the issue. I will get back to you as soon as I can.

How soon can I expect to receive my order?

I ship on a weekly basis. The estimated shipping is between 5- 10 days depending on where you are located.

Can I get a refund, if I put in the wrong address?

Unfortunately, as a small business, I cannot take responsibility for incorrect addresses. Please double check your address prior to placing an order to avoid any confusion. Your address will be in the confirmation e-mail. If you notice that your address is incorrect please e-mail me immediately, so I can rectify the issue.

Refunds

If you are dissatisfied with your order and would like a refund, I can provide a refund (minus the shipping costs) once I have received the items back undamaged.

What is Riso printing?

RISO is short for Risograph. Risograph printing is a style of printing which creates images similar to a screen printer. Each color is printed in layers creating a variety of textures and colors depending on the design. RISO prints are not perfect. Each piece is unique due to the printing process.
